(1)悍接電阻值(zhi)和電弧焊接電阻值(zhi):

(2)氬弧焊網絡速度:

(3)焊條張開(kai)時間:


焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條的(de)抬起(qi)長程(cheng)度(du)越長,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條的(de)內阻(zu)熱越大,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條的(de)熔解速程(cheng)度(du)越快。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條抬起(qi)段高度(du)尋常為13-25mm,視焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條直徑怎(zen)么(me)算等前(qian)提而定(ding)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條抬起(qi)段高度(du)過大,會會導致焊(han)(han)(han)(han)弧(hu)電流值減低,熔敷金屬(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)過重,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)口生產不好的(de),熔深小,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)弧(hu)不穩定(ding)的(de);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條抬起(qi)段高度(du)過短,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)弧(hu)易燒導電嘴,且金屬(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)迸濺(jian)易賭塞管口。


(4)銅焊絲位址:


電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)條原則面相對比較(jiao)于焊(han)(han)接中間(jian)線(稱原則線)的斜度和選址會損(sun)害焊(han)(han)道(dao)的形狀圖(tu)片(pian)和熔(rong)(rong)深。當任何能力一致(zhi),電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)條由平行(xing)選址改(gai)成后向焊(han)(han)法(電(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)條跳轉(zhuan)到焊(han)(han)接)時,熔(rong)(rong)深添加,而(er)焊(han)(han)道(dao)縮小(xiao)且余高增多,電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)增強(qiang),濺出小(xiao)。


(5)焊(han)接工藝方位:


射流淌渡可(ke)適合于(yu)平(ping)焊(han)、立焊(han)、仰焊(han)地(di)段(duan)。平(ping)焊(han)時,零部件(jian)相(xiang)對(dui)待于(yu)水水平(ping)的(de)斜度對(dui)焊(han)道(dao)機頭、熔深和悍(han)(han)接(jie)生產快(kuai)速有影(ying)晌。若選用下坡(po)焊(han),焊(han)道(dao)余(yu)高縮(suo)小到(dao)(dao),熔深縮(suo)小到(dao)(dao),悍(han)(han)接(jie)生產快(kuai)速可(ke)不可(ke)以的(de)提升,有有益(yi)于(yu)于(yu)悍(han)(han)接(jie)生產簿板重(zhong)村(cun)料(liao);若選用上坡(po)路焊(han),引力(li)使悍(han)(han)接(jie)生產重(zhong)村(cun)料(liao)后流,熔深和余(yu)高增添,而熔寬縮(suo)小到(dao)(dao)。虛接(jie)過(guo)渡性悍(han)(han)接(jie)生產可(ke)中用簿板村(cun)料(liao)的(de)平(ping)焊(han)和全地(di)段(duan)焊(han)。


(6)其他氣體流量數據:
